Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy (R) holds a solid lead in the Republican primary — one that increased dramatically after President Trump’s endorsement at the end of February, according to new internal polling conducted by longtime Trump pollster Tony Fabrizio, Semafor reports.
