North Carolina gubernatorial candidate Mark Robinson (R) “once insinuated the United States government was involved in both the attack on Pearl Harbor and the death of U.S. General George Patton as part of a conspiracy to help Joseph Stalin,” the Daily Mail reports.
“It’s one in a long series of conspiracy theories Robinson indulged before getting into politics.
He has also been accused over the years of a number of anti-semitic, homophobic and sexist comments.”
